They enabled the Cloud Build and GCE APIs, created two storage buckets (one public, one private), and configured an API gateway for authentication. Riccardo made notes on using Tailwind CSS for colors and setting up Cloud Build with Dockerfile, which successfully built a new container image in Google Container Registry.
